Principle of water collector
The structural composition of the water and ground heating system includes four parts: heat source, thermal insulation, pipeline and control. The water collector is equivalent to the heart of the ground heating system, mainly including the main water collection pipe, exhaust and drainage device, branch valve and connecting accessories, so as to ensure the normal operation of the ground heating system through the reasonable distribution of flow.
Water distributor and collector refer to the device used to connect the main water supply pipe and return pipe of heating in the floor heating system. The floor heating water separator is a water distribution and collection device used to connect the water supply and return of each heating pipe in the water system. Its functions are mainly pressurization, decompression, pressure stabilization and diversion. In short, when heating the ground, it is necessary to subdivide the whole house into small blocks for control or room control; Because the system is affected by hydraulic characteristics, the floor heating coil is limited to a certain length. The water collector can divide each heating room of the same ground heating area or the same house into multiple loops, and each loop needs to be turned off or flow regulated respectively.
The floor heating water separator is used for diversion. If the full boiling water flow is large and the water circulation is fast, the indoor temperature will be high; If the valve of each circuit is half open or a single half open, the amount of hot water in the pipeline will be reduced, the water circulation will be slow, and the corresponding indoor temperature will be low; If the hot water is fully turned off, it will not circulate, which means there is no heating in the room. Therefore, the indoor temperature can be adjusted by making good use of the floor heating water separator. However, to achieve accurate room temperature control, it is best to install a special floor heating thermostat.
In the design and installation of floor heating system for large family houses, outlet pipes and return pipes will be installed in different areas. Each water pipe corresponds to a water distributor and a certain heating area. When there is no one in an area for a long time, the user can choose to turn off the water distributor to achieve the purpose of room heating.

Good stainless steel water collector has high cost performance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and wear resistance.
